The mother of three included a sweet snap of herself holding the newborn, as well as several videos from the delivery room.
Kelly and Ryan announced they were expecting in May, posting a picture of her ultrasound scan.
Kelly said the news came as a surprise for the couple, who previously 'gave all their baby things away' after their two children outgrew them.
'Surprise!' she wrote in the caption.
