The life of late rapper Nipsey Hussle will be chronicled in a docuseries produced by his company Marathon Films and LeBron James and Maverick Carter's SpringHill studio, as a teaser was released Tuesday.
The teaser showcases previously unseen footage of the rap star - who was fatally shot outside of his South Los Angeles clothing shop in March of 2019 - when he was growing up in the Crenshaw neighborhood of Los Angeles amid a time of social unrest in the 1990s.
It will show how the rapper professionally ascended with projects such as his 2005 mixtape Slauson Boy, his record label All Money In, Marathon Agency and his Marathon Clothing store.
