Friday 18 November 2022 12:23 AM Anna Paul: Police shut down Sydney meet-and-greet over 'safety fears' trends now

A meet-and-greet with popular influencer and TikTok star Anna Paul has been postponed over safety concerns.

Paul, 23, was scheduled to host a fan event at the Westfield shopping centre in Sydney's CBD on Saturday as part of her collaboration with STAX activewear.

But it won't be going ahead after NSW Police said the venue would not be able to accommodate the large number of people expected to attend.

'The meet-and-greet is postponed!' Paul announced on Instagram on Thursday.

'Due to the overwhelming response from you, we have decided to postpone this Saturday's meet-and-greet to a date early in the new year.

'We worked with police all day to make it work, but they said the Sydney Westfield would not be able to hold all of you.'

Paul, who is one of the most popular Australians on OnlyFans, said another event would be held in early 2023 at a larger location that can 'facilitate bigger numbers'.

'You know safety is the number one priority,' she added.

'STAX is still opening the "Anna Paul Pop-Up Shop" on Saturday at Westfield Sydney for two weeks where you can purchase my collection.

'I'm really sorry. I was so excited to meet you this weekend, but if the police say there would be too many people, there is nothing I can do.'
