And the 48-year-old actress stepped out in style to promote the incredible cause in Sydney's Westmead on Friday.
Eva looked chic in a floral frock, which she cinched in at the waist with a black belt.

Although McHappy Day isn't until Saturday, Eva was out on Friday to drum up publicity and raise awareness.
The Hitch star, who was the virtual McHappy Day Ambassador in 2020, will meet families staying at Ronald McDonald House and visit a local McDonald's restaurant on McHappy Day.
