Model and actress Jodi Gordon is committed to staying sober as she plans her big career comeback for next year.
The former Neighbours star, 37, told Daily Mail Australia she has developed effective strategies for maintaining her physical and mental well-being.
When asked about her newfound sobriety, she said: 'I feel really good. I take life as it comes and do everything I can to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and mind.'

The mother of one, who is living life to the fullest after completing a 30-day recovery program at a Sydney clinic earlier this year, added that 'mental health is a big part of looking after myself today, as well as physical exercise'.
