Christine Lampard has confessed she is the 'strict' parent as she offered rare insight into her family life with her husband Frank.
The Loose Women star shares daughter Patricia, four, and son Freddie, 20 months, with the Everton FC manager, and confessed that he is 'the biggest softie ever' when it comes to raising their brood.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline at The Sun's Who Cares Wins Awards, Christine added that she tries to be 'a little bit of both' when it comes to disciplining their children.

She said: 'I'm a little bit of both, I like manners and I like all the old schooly stuff. But we like we get out a lot.
'I'm one for getting them out into the park with the dog and I do my best to be the best that I can.'
Asked what Frank is like as a father, Christine added: 'Oh, he's the biggest softie ever. The second they want something, it's like, 'Daddy!''

Along with his two children with Christine, Frank also shares daughters Luna, 17, and Isla, 15, with his ex Elen Rivas.
Christine made a solo appearance at the Who Cares Wins Awards, with Frank currently abroad with Everton during the World Cup's mid-season break.
The star brought a touch of sparkle to proceedings in a midnight blue gown adorned with sequins that highlighted her svelte physique.
