However, viewers were left cringing at the former Health Secretary's performance, joking that they would be 'praying' to never see him take to the mic again.

Other viewers also re-shared footage of Matt, 44, belting out another Queen song when he took to the karaoke stage back in 2017.

In October 2017, Matt delivered an enthusiastic rendition of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now at the Tory party conference alongside Therese Coffey and Anne Milton.

And on Tuesday night's episode of I'm A Celebrity, Matt once again belted out a Queen hit, with viewers taking to Twitter to share their very honest opinions on his performance.

A fifth said, 'Matt Hancock is loving this karaoke a bit too much,' while another added: 'Praying to god I never have to see Matt Hancock doing karaoke again.'

Matt also joined Boy George and the other campmates to deliver a group performance of Culture Club's hit Karma Chameleon.

After the group sing-along, Matt even admitted that he hadn't put on his best vocal performance, telling George: 'I murdered one of the high notes, I'm sorry.'

George, 61, then became the fourth celebrity to leave the Australian jungle after receiving the fewest amount of public votes.

Earlier in the episode, Matt had recalled his family's 'harrowing' money woes during a candid chat with George and Seann Walsh.

The trio, alongside Jill Scott, had been having a discussion about generational differences between parents when talk soon turned to money and the hardships they faced years previously.

And Matt confessed his family 'nearly lost everything' after his step-father's business 'went bust'.

After Jill had remarked that their parents were from a generation of 'don't show any weakness', George, 61, recalled fearing the bailiffs coming while growing up amid his father's difficulty with money.

He said: 'My dad was a builder, owned his own firm. He was a gambler. He would take £10,000 and put it on a dog.

'Dad would say, 'Don't answer the door… the bailiffs, or the gas man was coming…''

Seann, 36, then turned to the former health secretary, asking: 'Did you have the bailiffs round yours Matt?'

To which Matt, 44, replied: 'When the business nearly went bust we nearly lost everything.

The politician went on: 'We were going to lose the house, both my step dad and mum were going to lose their jobs. That was pretty harrowing. I was about 14.'

Commenting on Matt's story, Seann remarked: 'B****y hell, kill the vibe Matt.'

To which Matt replied: 'Well you said have you ever had the bailiffs round!'
