NeNe Leakes took to Instagram on Wednesday night to share a health update about her son Brentt Leakes two months after he suffered congestive heart failure and a stroke.
The 54-year-old Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum shared videos of the 23-year-old leaving a rehabilitation facility fully recovered.
She wrote: 'To God be the Glory. He's walking and talking.'

Leakes, who shared Brentt with late husband Gregg Leakes, posted before and after photos of her second-born child's recovery journey.
She began the series of posts with a statement that read: 'My [son's] life changed Sept 26.'
Brentt, who was dressed in a hot pink sweatsuit with black and white sneakers, appeared slightly embarrassed as his mom encouraged him while walking around a corner in a hospital.
He wore a black hat over his braided hair as staff at the location cheered him on excitedly following a two-month stint in physical therapy.
NeNe expressed gratitude for the healthcare professionals who tended to her beloved son through his recovery.
As Brentt stood with his caretakers she emphasized, 'Nurses are the best,' adding a red heart emoji.
The young adult posed with a group of women as he held a certificate declaring he completed rehabilitation.
In a throwback image taken shortly after his health complications, the reality TV star wrote, 'Nothing but God.'
In another slide the Linnethia Lounge founder noted that her son was 'home just in time for the holidays.'

NeNe confirmed her son's health struggles on her Instagram Stories on two weeks after the incident.
In the post she revealed Brentt had been showing improvement since the ordeal began but was 'struggling' with his speech.
She added that it was unknown what had caused his health to decline in the first place.
'Two weeks ago today, Brentt had congestive heart failure and a stroke. He's only 23 so he's really young for something like that to happen to him,' NeNe said in a video recorded in her car.
'The first thing a lot of doctors think of when someone that age comes in with that kind of condition is maybe they've done drugs or some serious infection, maybe HIV,' NeNe said.
