The 42-year-old supermodel commented a red heart emoji under the 45-year-old NFL megastar's post of his son with ex Bridget Moynahan.
On Wednesday Brady uploaded a picture of Jack to his 12.9 million followers, about to launch a football, with the caption: 'My inspiration.'

A day later on Thanksgiving Day, Gisele made the subtle show of support just a month after announcing their divorce.
This came just as footage of Brady embracing son Jack emerged after the pair practiced together with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
A clip of the pair at the practice has surfaced with Brady going up to his son from behind and then hugging him in a heartwarming video, before they throw a football on the field together.
Brady, who has shown his support for the USMNT at the World Cup this week, can be seen in the background watching on in his orange No. 12 training jersey.
