Call Me Kat star Kyla Pratt is being sued by her former talent management company - who  allege the actress owes commissions for money earned on the show and related projects.

Management company Industry Entertainment Partners alleges breach of contract, unjust enrichment and negligent misrepresentation in a lawsuit submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court Monday against Pratt, 36, who plays Randi on the hit show.

According to the suit, Pratt and the company entered a personal management agreement verbally and in writing in August 2018 for the actress to pay commissions for her earnings on Call Me Kat and 'projects related thereto'.
