Abbie Chatfield has slammed fellow Bachelor star Megan Marx for saying ADHD is just a new influencer 'trend' and stars are taking medication to treat it merely to lose weight.

Chatfield, 27, who was recently diagnosed with ADHD, went to war with Megan on Monday night by posting a lengthy rant to her Instagram Stories.  

'Hey queen. Thankyou so much for this unfounded, invalid and ableist opinion,' she started. 

'Thankyou so f**king much you've decided that you think people are trying to get on medication to lose weight from ADHD medication. It's the new influencer drug for weight loss you reckon?'

'Do you know how f**king hard it is to get ADHD medication or to get diagnosed? Do you know how hard it is?' she asked.

The former Bachelor star continued by saying Marx was 'adding stigma' as women in particular are 'underdiagnosed'.

'Maybe the reason we're seeing an increase in diagnosis is because people are actually f**king understanding that ADHD isn't just naughty boys running around and ripping things apart,' she continued.

'It's actually a diagnosis and a health condition that affects people's lives.'

Chatfield said weight loss and weight gain are 'deeply personal issues' and experiences.

'Weird thing to say, that people would take it for the weight loss. Weird thing to f**king say,' she said.

'Who the f**k do you think you are? Saying that people are owed an explanation for anyone's weight loss or weight gain. If anyone's changing their f**king body. Who the f**k are you?

'No one has to tell you anything, particularly why they've lost weight. No one owes you f**king anything.'

On Monday, Marx addressed an Instagram Q+A question asking if she thought ADHD was an 'influencer fad'.
