Danny Miller appeared to be pushed against a wall before falling to the floor during an altercation with a bouncer at a Skegness nighttime venue on Sunday evening.
In footage obtained by The Sun, the former I'm A Celebrity winner and Emmerdale actor, 31, appeared to square up to a member of staff who then reacted as tensions rose.
Witnessed claimed to the publication that Danny was defending a friend who had joined him on the night after he was targeted with 'disturbing' homophobic abuse.

Security staff at the at The Hive Skegness - which is a nightlife complex with seven venues within it - then intervened but were 'unaware' Danny was 'standing up' for his friend, according to their statement - and so the situation escalated.
An onlooker claimed to the newspaper: 'I was just out with some of my mates for the night and I was the only person to get out my camera quick enough to film what happened. I don't know if [Miller] was injured.'
According to the publication the witness claimed that Miller was slammed against the wall.
Danny's representatives have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.

The venue said in a statement: 'We are aware of the incident and the initial details are as follows. We stress that these are initial findings and investigations are still ongoing.
