Three hours after sharing a snap of himself on route to the hospital bright and early on Thursday morning, the former motocross racer, 47, thanked his more than one million Instagram followers for 'all the well wishes.'
'Nighty night!!!!!' he captioned the selfie, which showed him laying down with a smile across his face and a red scrub hat over his head.

While updating his fans on social media, the father-of-two revealed he was going to be taking a 'lil forced nap' to be 'good as new.'
