The Bradshaw Bunch will not return to E! for its third season after the football legend's recent second bout with cancer.
The series had been renewed for a third frame, sources in production told TMZ, and had been slated to commence with filming this past March.
The legendary Pittsburgh Steelers alum, 74, at the time informed the network he would not be able to move forward as he was dealing with health issues, the outlet reported.

Bradshaw at the time did not get into specifics about his health, as in October he revealed he had been battling bladder and skin cancer.
Insiders told the outlet that the family and the network agreed to cease production of the reality show, which was never officially canceled.
The series, based out of the family's ranch in Thackerville, Oklahoma, has run a total of 23 episodes on E!, with 10 in its first season in 2020 and 13 in its second season in 2021.
The Fox NFL Sunday co-host and football favorite concerned fans during an appearance on the show in September and subsequently revealed he has endured bladder and skin cancer.
