Seven-time Grammy winner Madonna donned a black-lace bustier beneath a matching tuxedo blazer as she arrived to the Miami Art Basel exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary re-release of her Sex coffee table book on Thursday.

The 64-year-old Queen of Pop wore fishnets and black patent leather pumps as she made her way inside the beachfront Saint Laurent venue while surrounded by a large entourage.

Michigan-born Madge (last name Ciccone) wielded a riding crop in her gloved hand and she rocked an abundance of jewelry for her event.

The Finally Enough Love singer wore her red hair extensions in braided pigtails, highlighted her trendy bleached brows with false lashes, and had a diamond grill on her teeth.

Rive Droite re-issued 800 copies of Madonna's groundbreaking XXX tome - some of which will be signed and eventually auctioned off to benefit her Raising Malawi charity.

The twice-divorced mother-of-six teamed up with Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello to co-curate the exhibit - running through Sunday - which features large-format photographs by Steven Meisel and Fabien Baron, and coinciding T-shirts and totes.

Back in 1992, Madonna earned the equivalent of $38.6M in today's dollars for the 132-page aluminum-covered book, which went on to sell 1.5M copies worldwide.
