Chris Moyles received a ceremonious welcome back to Radio X on Friday morning for the first time in six weeks after his stint on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The radio presenter, 48, described the campmates' confusion about Olivia Attwood's whereabouts after she was was forced to withdraw after just 24 hours due to needing A&E medical assistance due to anemia.

He was presented with a brown Aussie hat as he reunited with his teammates Toby Tarrant, Pippa Taylor, Dominic Byrne and James Robinson - who rolled out the red carpet and toasted him with champagne as he returned.

He said: 'Well, first of all, my first mate there was Olivia. We all felt so sorry for her because she got all the way to camp, found her hammock and went, "Right I'll sleep in a hammock."

'Put a bag down, went into the Bush Telegraph, had a chat, came back. I think she stayed till the food arrived. And then she disappeared. And you go off and you have a chat in the Bush Telegraph whenever you like, which is fine.

'And then we're all chatting away for a bit and then someone's going, "Where's Olivia?" We're like, "Oh, maybe just she's gone to medical or something."

'Because I knew they were just keeping an eye on her because we'd spent a bit of time together beforehand, and when I say a bit of time, 24 hours.

'And then she just never reappeared and we’re like, "We guess she's gone." But we were like, "Well, she was in great mood. It's not like she's gone I can't do this with these idiots and left."

'But from what I believe she's okay. She's all good. And we didn't even get a chance to swap numbers with her because we didn't have our phones.'

The team also gifted him a spanner in homage to his Boiling Point Bushtucker Trial where he had to unscrew stars with spanners but only managed to get one.

Chris's jungle campmates including Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott, Scarlette Douglas and Sue Cleaver all texted in to say they were listening in.

The former BBC Radio 1 star also admitted none of the campmates went to I'm A Celeb wrap party as Mike Tindall organised a dinner for them all.

He confessed: 'Those three finalists, they get worked really hard all day, and so we were absolutely going to go but Mike Tindall then organised two massive tables at the restaurant.

'So what was lovely was every single campmate and their other half or friends and family went to this dinner.'

Olivia recently revealed she thought she was pregnant when she was kicked out of the jungle.

The reality star was on Monday's episode of This Morning, where she detailed the process of finding out she would have to leave the show after getting back test results that said she was dangerously low in iron, potassium and sodium.

She added that she had she stayed in the jungle she would've given Matt Hancock 'a bit of stick'.

She said: 'There’s loads [of rumours] swirling around the internet and I think ‘Olivia Attwood pregnant’ was trending on Twitter - and it’s not that I can assure you - and it’s not that exciting when it boils down to it.

'I was pulled out on my first day in main camp for routine medical checks - which can be blood pressure, giving blood - so I had my blood taken and the results came back that my iron was low, I was showing that I was anaemic.

'Potassium was really low, sodium was really low, so basically all the markers you would look for were low so they consulted with a doctor outside of camp and they said I would need to come to A&E basically off the back of those readings, so I was taken to the nearest A&E department, admitted in there where they ran their own checks and their checks came back normal, so…'

She added: 'Just before leaving the UK I’d had all those checks and everything was normal and the first thing I said to the camp doctor was "is that possible for things to change in such a short time?" and he didn’t really have an answer, but that it was not normal and why we need to see what’s going on…'

Describing the long car journey to hospital, she said: 'Yeah, it was quite long because everything’s so far away in Australia and I was thinking ‘oh am I pregnant?’ or ‘have I picked up a virus?’ and wondering how things have changed so much, and also I felt well.

'I didn't feel ill. I saw things online saying, ‘I bet she fainted’ but there was nothing… I was loving it [in the jungle] as you can see, I was really in my element and I felt healthy so I was even more confused. It was all really strange.'

Olivia then said that after she got the OK from the hospital she was ready and raring to go back to the jungle.

However, she explained: “I was like ‘shall we go back?’ and I knew there would be Covid tests and things like that but there was a pause in proceedings there, and it was late at night and taking me back into camp doesn’t work logistically so I went to a hotel and basically as I now know the conversations went on all through the night with production obviously desperate to have me back in, but the medical team… I think it’s an insurance thing.

'Because they had those readings, they had to seek other party opinions and it’s a collective decision. I think they thought the readings might drop that low again and they wouldn’t be covered because it’s already been flagged up.'

Olivia explained how big a fan she was of the show, and said: I’ve been a big fan of the show all my life, and those conversations about joining the jungle happened when I left Love Island the first year, so it’s been like five years in the making…and it was the first time they’ve put someone from the show on there.

'I think when you come off reality shows, you get a huge opportunity, and I’ve done amazing things, but also, I think you can be put in a box and I was looking forward to showing a different side to myself. I am not a quitter, I am not scared of much, and I was just loving it. I was looking forward to having that exposure to a new audience.'

Many fans at home were disappointed to see Olivia go as they had anticipated some fun interactions between her and Matt.

When asked how she would've reacted to him, she said: 'I think it’s a
