Pink’s husband Carey Hart looked better than ever as he shared a video of himself updating his more than one million Instagram followers on his spinal fusion surgery.
Following the procedure on Thursday, the 47-year-old former professional freestyle motocross competitor confirmed he was already on the mend and back on his 'own two feet.'
'Well 24 hours after I checked in, ready to cruise out of here!' he said in a new video, before showing off his latest 'battle wound' that was hidden under a bandage on his neck.

He continued: 'I'm feeling great. Been up on my feet 10 or 15 times in the last 18 hours since my surgery, and I'm ready to roll home and make myself a cup of coffee.'
Overall, he said his night in the hospital was 'not bad at all' and he is happy with the results.
The dad-of-two, who is already walking and able to shrug his shoulders, said he was able to sleep through the night after being given valium and percocet.

'You all rule!!!!! Headed home now and letting the recovery begin,' he concluded.
Under the post, he told fans he would be happy to answer any questions about the procedure, but 'NOT questions about my wife' as he is not her 'messenger.'
