Steph Claire Smith and husband Josh Miller have sold their Brighton East home, making a profit of nearly $1million in just three years.
The fitness influencer, 28, bought the Melbourne pad with her social media star husband in 2019 for $2.475million, according to realestate.au.
It sold in June for a whopping $3.455million at an hour-long auction, netting the couple a profit of $980,000.
