Kylie Jenner and Corey Gamble could be called as witnesses in the trial of Tory Lanez, who's accused of shooting fellow hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.
Prosecutors say Lanez, 30, real name Daystar Peterson, and Megan, 28, had attended a party in LA in July 2020 and were in Lanez' SUV in the Hollywood Hills with Megan's former assistant Kelsey Harris when an argument started.
Lanez's defense attorney George Mgdesyan has since revealed the pool party was at Jenner's home.
After the party Megan demanded that the driver stop the car and she got out - which was when Lanez allegedly started firing a gun toward her, injuring her foot so seriously that she needed surgery.

Lanez - who has been on house arrest since late October for allegedly beating up another rapper - is charged with assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.
He's pleaded not guilty to both - but if he's convicted, he could spend up to 12 years in prison.
Jenner, 25, as well as her mother's partner Gamble, 42, could potentially be called to the stand as witnesses as they were both at the party that night, where it is believed the argument between Lanez and Megan began.
The pair are now on a list for potential defense witnesses according to a tweet from Rolling Stone.
Mgdesyan said: 'The argument, everything started there [at the party].'
