Gunn and Safran shocked the movie world in late October when they were announced to replace the departing Walter Hamada as heads of DC Studios.

They both took over on November 1, with the new report on Wednesday revealing they were in Aspen putting together their plans for the studio over the next five years and beyond, which did not include Wonder Woman 3, which had been in development since late December 2020.
