Jeff Lewis unveils his reduced pout on WWHL after getting his 20-year lip ... trends now

Jeff Lewis revealed over the summer that he'd gotten his lip filler from 20 years ago dissolved after his doctor revealed it had since migrated. 

And the Hollywood Houselift host - who previously appeared on Bravo - showed off his significantly thinner pout on Wednesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Host Andy Cohen was the one who brought it to the viewers' attention.

'I want to congratulate Jeff on recently having his lip fillers dissolved after an iconic stint that spanned 20 years and four presidents,' Andy announced.

The camera quickly panned over to Jeff in order to show audiences his new pout.

Jeff first spoke about dissolving his lip filler in an episode of his SiriusXM podcast in August.

He explained to his co-hosts that his dermatologist, Dr. Hazany, was the one to bring the migrated lip filler to his attention.

'He said to me, "I'm not going to do any work for you until we fix your lip." And I said, "What are you talking about?"

Hazany recognized that Jeff's lips had been filled but Jeff clarified that he'd gotten it '20 years ago and 99% of it has dissipated.'

Jeff said that Hazany noticed that 'the filler 20 years ago' had 'migrated into both sides of my upper lip and created, like, two balls.'

'Now, I didn't know it was filler. I thought it was, like, silicone. I didn't know. And over the years I thought that over the years I haven't liked it but I though, "They're gonna have to cut open my lip!"

But Hazany was sure that what was in Jeff's lip was filler and nothing else. He then proposed a plan to dissolve it entirely. 

'And I said, "Well what if it isn't filler and I'm gonna go through all this pain and what if it isn't." [The doctor] felt it again and he had his assistant feel it and they think it's filler.'

Jeff clarified that there is 'no filler in the bottom lip, it was just these two balls [in my upper lip].

Hazant told Jeff that he 'needed' to dissolve the remaining filler because Jeff has 'beautiful teeth, you spent all this money on these teeth and you can't see them because your lip is covering them.'

Though Jeff wanted to have it done while under anesthesia, the doctor insisted that he take care of it in-office that day.

He was told that the pain would only be a 1.5 on a scale of 1 through 10.

'So, he numbed it up [and] he dissolved it. It's gone,' he revealed. Jeff added that lips were swollen at the time but would eventually go down.

'But they are gone! They're gone. So there was nothing left. And it WAS filler from 20 years ago,' he said.

Jeff admitted that the dissolver hurt more than the doctor had told him, with his co-host backing up the star by confirming that he was 'screaming' in pain.

'When I was done, he was like, 'Yeah, that's one of the most painful procedure we do here. That was a 10 out of 10. I didn't want to tell you that because I knew you wouldn't do it.'

'And [the doctor was right] I wouldn't have done it. But I am happy I did,' he concluded.

Jeff happily used his new pout to have some fiery back-and-forth with RHONY alum Bethenny Frankel during Wednesday's WWHL.

The pair's tension came to light after Andy insisted that he and Bethenny 'hash out' their own feud on air.

'I thought it was kind of hypocritical of you [launch the podcast] because you have been trashing the Housewives publicly for the last three years, to now go deep on the housewives,' Andy explained.

Bethenny's gripe was that Andy had decided to voice his opinion 'publicly' instead of 'privately.'

'What I said to you privately was, wow, I'm glad to see you are embracing the housewives,' Andy replied, with Bethenny firing back with, 'Which is not the same thing you said publicly' and that they had't spoken about the situation 'until now.'

Andy clarified that his public criticism came as a result of him being 'surprised' and 'shocked' that Bethenny would host a Real Housewives podcast after 'trashing the show for three years.'
