The fan-favourite food critic, 40, now 'does her own hair and make-up' due to tension with Endemol Shine's beauty crew, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Sources told the paper that production staff and Melissa 'no longer want to work together' but Ten hasn't addressed the issues out of fear of upsetting her.
