Tracey Jewel shared heartbreaking news on Wednesday when she revealed she was quietly battling depression and anxiety this year.
The mother-of-two, 39, said she hid her struggle as she threw herself into work and raising her son Frankie, one, and nine-year-old daughter Grace.
Posting her experience to Instagram, the former Married At First Sight star went on to say she's ready to turn a new leaf and begin a journey of self-care in the New Year.

'Trauma has a way of creeping up on you. Over the course of this last year (2022) I found myself spiralling into a deep hole of depression and anxiety,' she wrote next to a black and white photo of herself cuddling baby Frankie.
'I withdrew from friends, reduced my circle to very few, drowned myself in work and half-a*s showing up, totally faking it when I did.
