A promised state memorial for the late Olivia Newton-John has yet to materialise, five months after her death.
The entertainer died on August 8, aged 73, following a lengthy battle with cancer, and was offered a state funeral from Premier Daniel Andrews.
According to the Herald Sun, Newton-John's family are still keen to make the service happen.

'I really believe it’s going to happen,' the star's niece, actress Tottie Goldsmith, told the publication.
