EastEnders star James Bye and wife Victoria have confirmed they will welcome their fourth child later this year after struggling to conceive for more than three years. 

The happy couple confirmed the news on Monday evening and admitted they were told of the pregnancy while James was in the midst of a rigorous training routine for the twentieth series of Strictly Come Dancing

James, 38, and Victoria, 40, who accompanied their post with an ultrasound of the unborn baby, had previously suffered a series of miscarriages while attempting to extend their family.

The couple, already parents to sons Edward, eight, Louis, six, and Hugo, three, were dealt a further blow as Victoria struggled with endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other parts of the body, including the ovaries and fallopian tube. 

Captioning the post, shared on their joint Instagram account, Victoria wrote:  'So… we’ve been keeping a little secret… We’re not just welcoming in the new year in 2023… I can hardly believe I’m saying it. But we’re welcoming another little one and we’re over the moon.

'We never thought it was going to happen. We always wanted a big family but after all my endometriosis struggles…
