Tim Robards has helped save two people from drowning at Bondi Beach.
The Bachelor recounted his heroic rescue in a video on Instagram on Monday.
A dripping wet Tim, 40, said he was running on soft sand when he noticed the two people caught in a rip.

'Happy New Year guys. Just down here at Bondi Beach. Just did a couple laps of soft sand and then saw two people getting dragged out in a rip,' he said through puffed breaths.
'So I had to put my saviour hat on and go out and grab one of them and drag them back into shore.'
Tim said he was then met halfway with a Bondi lifeguard, who is believed to have rescued the other civilian.
'Anyway, that was a bit of excitement, happy new year. It's a bit of a busy day down here. I'm gonna go home and have a beer,' he added.
