Charlotte Dawson showed off her incredible three stone weight loss on Tuesday as she shared a motivational post with fans.
The reality star, 30, shared a series of flashback images of herself on Instagram after her weight loss, stripping off into a racy red bikini.
In her post, Charlotte encouraged women to love their 'real bodies' and said she is proud of her 'tiger stripes and baby belly'.

'Beltin throwback to this time a year ago... I'm looking back at these pictures to see how far I've come & make me feel proud,' her lengthy post began.
'And I get so many questions asking about my stretch marks & do I still have them.. Yes of course.. I LOVE my tiger stripes, they helped me carry my beautiful cherub,' she said.
