SZA shuts down claims of a feud and says she has no 'beef' with Taylor Swift trends now
She has topped the Billboard 200 albums chart for the past three weeks.
But SZA made it clear on Thursday that she wasn't feuding with pop superstar Taylor Swift, 33, when they both competed for the top spot ahead of the next week of tracking from Billboard.
The 33-year-old SOS singer tweeted that there was no 'beef' between the two artists after their fans interpreted promotional social media posts as an attempt to 'block' each other from topping the charts again.
Taylor was initially criticized by SZA's fans for allegedly trying to shove her out of the top spot after she urged her fans to buy new versions of her latest album Midnights, which has moved down to the number two spot on the charts, while SZA's newest album is above it.

'It’s me! Hi! I’m taking a break from tour rehearsal to tell you…there are 4 hours left to get these four brand new Midnights Digital Albums each with unique Behind The Song bonus material!' Taylor wrote in an Instagram Stories post from Thursday night.
The post arrived shortly before Billboard ends its tracking for the week and was intended to help boost her album's position.
But SZA had the same idea, and she urged her fans to stream a new digital version of SOS that included additional verses on two songs.
'There’s 1 minute left in the tracking week thank you for STREAMING SOS And copping digitalis ! Thank you CAMP for always DOING YOUR BIG ONE. LOVE TO EVERYONE,' she tweeted out just before midnight.

Some Taylor Swift fans then criticized the Supermodel singer for trying to keep their favorite from breaking back into the top spot.
'If taylor tweeted something like this, y'all losers will call her chart obsessed,' one user complained.
But SZA returned to Twitter to clarify that both singers were trying to 'do their best' and were not directly competing.
'Uhh I feel silly that I even have to say this but i see supporters arguing and I hate that,' she began.
The singer (born Solána Rowe) even clarified that she was a fan of the country star–turned–pop icon

On Tuesday, SZA took to Instagram to celebrate SOS hitting number one on the Billboard 200 chart for the third week in a row.
'3 weeks at number one fully minding my business n not giving a f**k . Thank God,' captioned the singer, who uploaded a slideshow of herself enjoying a well-deserved vacation.
