Sam Thompson has revealed that Adam Collard's return to Love Island last year was one of his favourite moments as he saw his girlfriend Zara McDermott left in shock at her ex's bombshell arrival.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, who has been in a relationship with former Islander Zara McDermott, 26, for three years, has been a huge fan of the hit ITV2 series.
And just after announcing his newest gig as the new co-host of the official Love Island podcast alongside Indiyah Polack, Sam has looked back on some of his highlights.

Speaking ahead of the winter series launching on January 16, Sam said he has two stand-out moments of seasons gone by.
'There's two - I just love Davide, massively,' Sam said. 'The 'liar' thing. It's just iconic. He's probably my most iconic Islander. He was so brilliantly just him.
'My other one was definitely when Adam Collard turned up and my girlfriend Zara wasn't watching the screen…
'Then her seeing him appear and shouting, "Agh!" He came in at the perfect time, in the perfect series.

'I think the last series was my favourite ever. It was high drama for all the right reasons.'
When Adam Collard joined the show in July last year, Sam took to his Stories to offer live thoughts on Sunday night's viewing with 1.5 million followers.
When the teaser clip unveiling the personal trainer's show return came on, an excited Sam was thrilled for a villa newcomer before his face was even revealed.

Sam then panned the camera over to a comically shocked Zara who screamed as she got up from the sofa.
The stunner laughed as she exclaimed: 'No...what, woah!' Zara and Adam met on Love Island in the summer of 2018 and moved in together in Essex soon after they were eliminated from the ITV2
