Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane has a furry new sidekick in his life.
The funnyman's new pal is a sweet black cat adopted from the Perry's Place Heaven on Earth cat rescue center in Los Angeles.
The charity posted a photo to Instagram on Monday of a smiling Seth, 49, in a black T-shirt and hoodie as he held his new feline named Arthur.

'Arthur found his forever home,' the rescue group wrote, 'Congratulations to both Arthur and Seth! What a wonderful way to kick off the 10th year of Perry’s Place.'
Pals such as Zooey Deschanel liked the post.
An elated volunteer at the shelter, which advertises their rescues as Naughty Cat of the Week and Nice Cat of the Week, wrote about the terrible ordeal Arthur went through before finding his forever home.
