Steph Claire Smith and her husband Josh Miller have splashed out $7million on a mid-century Palm Springs-inspired home in Brighton East, Melbourne.
The fitness influencer, 29, and her photographer beau made the off-market purchase in May before settling in August, according to public records.
The sale was led by Fredman Property Group Brighton boss Joel Fredman, reports Realestate.com.au.

Social media photos show Steph and Josh enjoying the summer months by the pool of their luxurious new property, alongside their 20-month-old son Harvey.
The four-bedroom house features a steam room, kitchen with stone benchtops, and a north-facing balcony with views of the pool and back garden.
The couple haven't moved far from their last property and in fact remained in the same suburb, after making a $1million profit on their previous Brighton East home.
