Amber Davies opens up on her 'mid-20's skin crisis' as she admits suffering ... trends now
Amber Davies has candidly opened up on her 'new reality' after she started suffering from bad acne.
The former reality TV star, 26, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday night to have a 'real talk' with her 1.4M followers.
Sitting down in front of the camera, Amber, fresh faced and make-up free, began opening up on her 'mid-20's skin crisis'.

She said: 'So it's a new year and I'm not putting a filter on because this is reality - my hair needs a good wash and my skin has flared up... again.
'I've been saying to you guys for months "oh my skins really bad" but I haven't properly touched on it, because its new to me.
'I've had opinions from people from doctors and nurses and they say its all hormonal. So I'm going through like basically a mid-20s skin crisis - which is fine, it's happening so I've just got to accept it.'
Amber then introduced her reasoning for sharing her experience, saying that she was going to be going through a variety of products and test which are good for skin.

The former Love Island winner continued: 'I have come on here because I decided I'm going to do like review Wednesday's - so I will buy a product and try it - no gifting or anything like that - and I will review it.'
After the first story went up on her social media, she then came back in a second one saying: 'Oh my god I just watched that back and thought to myself am I really going to put that up? And I am... because this is life, real life, my life and my reality.'
The West End star continued: 'Anyway I'm also going to review make up that covers the spots and things like that. But it's very up and down - some days are really good and other days I really flare up and just try and grasp it all.

'I'm also keeping an eye on my diet to see if it flares up when i eat certain foods and things like that, but yeah. It's all just a work in progress and if anyone else is struggling with their skin, then we can try these products together.
'I'm really nervous putting these up, I don't know why. But I'd rather help.'
Amber then said she would share a photo of what her skin was like when it was at its worst, so her followers knew what to expect.
She captioned it: 'This is a bad day. Lots of tears'.
