Ezra Miller seemed to be in high spirits on Tuesday afternoon while out for a walk in Los Angeles with some of their friends.

The 30-year-old actor seemed totally unfazed after pleading guilty last week to an unlawful trespassing charge for breaking into their neighbor's home in Vermont and stealing alcohol.

Miller, who identifies as nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, was ordered not to drink alcohol as part of their sentence.

The new teetotaler could be seen carrying a monster energy drink lodged in the crook of their arm.

They opted for a simple white tank top underneath, which showed off a splash of chest hair.

The Flash star carried their phone in one hand and appeared to have a cigarette clutched in their other hand.

They kept the rest of their outfit relaxed with baggy black pants and matching black boots while covering their long hair with a black ski cap.

Ezra was seen smiling and chatting with one friend who also seemed to be going all in on the energy drinks.

They carried one can, and in their other hand they held a four-pack of a different Monster flavor.

They were also joined by a third friend with spiky hair who walked behind Ezra.

The We Need To Talk About Kevin star seemed to be having a great time with their pals, as they could be seen cracking up at something that was said.

Vermont Police charged Miller with felony burglary of an unoccupied dwelling on May 1, with the actor claiming they were in the house to look for ingredients for a recipe for their mother.

Miller was accused of taking bottles of gin, vodka and rum from their neighbor's pantry on that day at around 5 p.m. in the afternoon.

They told their attorney on Friday that they were grateful for the love and support they received.

'Ezra Miller pled guilty this morning to a misdemeanor unlawful trespass in Vermont Superior Court and accepted the conditions imposed by the court,' Miller's attorney Lisa Shelkrot said on behalf of the embattled actor.

'Ezra would like to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience throughout this process.

'They would once again like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.'

Miller, who asked that the court address them as Mx. Miller, entered the courtroom at the beginning of the hearing with their lawyer.

They wore a black suit jacket over a black crewneck shirt and pants and a black face mask with their long hair pulled back, as seen in videos of the proceedings on Twitter.

The attorney said in court Friday that this resolution protects the plaintiff's privacy without having to go to trial.

It also ensures compliance with conditions that would protect the victim and allows the defendant to continue employment with mental health treatment.

'I do find they strike the balance of both your rehabilitation and continue to make sure that you're a healthy citizen and also a punishment factor here,' said Judge Kerry Ann McDonald-Cady of the deal terms.
