The reality star, 35, who is expecting her second child with boyfriend Tom Andrews, shared a gallery of snaps of 'what she's been up to over the last few days'.
Ashley, who is already mother to son Alfie, two, looked incredible in the lingerie as she posed for a mirror selfie in her bedroom.
