Ola Jordan shared an incredible transformation photo after loosing 3.5stone which helped her gain 'more confidence' on Thursday. 

The former Strictly professional dancer, 40, highlighted that she 'was happy in both' the before and after shots but was 'healthier' following her weight loss

Ola said she hoped to give her followers 'a bit of hope and inspiration' as she revealed that she was 'borderline clinically obese' before her lifestyle changes.

Beneath the post, she penned: 'Happy in both - definitely more confident in the second. And definitely healthier too. 

'I was almost 12 Stone in that first picture so at my height that made me borderline clinically obese.'
