David Beckham braved the cold on Sunday morning as he stripped down to nothing but a beanie hat to endure an ice bath.
The football legend, 47, showed off his tattooed back as he sat in the freezing tub while looking out at the stunning wintry scene ahead of him.
The star also shared a snap of the thermometer in the water reading '4 degrees' as he captioned the post; 'A little self care on a frosty morning.'
