Ryan Gosling looked every inch the action star on Sunday as he performed his own stunts while shooting his new movie The Fall Guy on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The Canadian actor, 42, was filmed hanging on for dear life to the edge of a skip bin that was being driven by a truck across the famous bridge, which had been closed off for much of the day, causing traffic chaos in the city.
Ryan stood on a piece of metal while grasping a shovel tied to the bin and appeared to be trying to claw his way onto the truck as he filmed the tense action scene.

The incredible footage was captured by somebody on a passing train, as trains across the bridge were running as normal even though vehicle traffic was blocked.
Ryan was dressed in a red leather jacket, white shirt and faded jeans for the scene.
At one point sparks began flying underneath his metal stand as Ryan stood up and performed a front flip to get a better grip on the dumpster.
