EastEnders SPOILER: Lola finally tells her daughter Lexi that she is dying trends now

Lola Pearce will finally break the news to her daughter Lexi that she is dying of cancer in EastEnders next week.

In emotional scenes, Lola decides it is finally time to tell her little girl the truth about her illness after learning that she has been avoiding school to stay with her until she gets better.

But this won't be the only struggles that Lola will face in the upcoming episodes, as she is also unknowingly reunited with her long-lost mother Emma after Lexi approaches her in the playground.

In next week's episodes, Lola (Danielle Harold) is concerned when Lexi (Lilla Turner) feigns illness to stay off school. Ben (Max Bowden) takes her in but receives a call to pick her up shortly afterwards.

It transpires that Lexi wants to be with Lola 24/7 until she's better, and this leads the mother to finally decide that it's time to be honest and tell Lexi that she's dying.

Lola braces herself to tell Lexi that she's dying, and it's no surprise that news hits her daughter extremely hard.
