Jordan North apologised to BBC Radio 1 listeners on Wednesday after swearing while presenting his popular afternoon show, which goes out live.
The affable presenter joined Vick Hope as co-host of the station's new Drivetime show in 2021, three years after originally signing on to front their Sunday morning Greatest Hits.
But he was left red-faced after mangling his words while reading an otherwise straightforward message about the general public's preferred choice of bedding, sent in by one his listeners.
