The Block star Sarah-Jane Wilson has outed her husband Tom Calleja as a former 'party bus host' who would regularly shepherd teenagers around nightclubs with his shirt off.

She posted a photo of a young Tom, who bore a striking resemblance to Shannon Noll during his Australian Idol days, standing shirtless in a pair of low-rise jeans with his Bonds underpants poking out the top.

'When a follower finds a photo of Tom while she was going through her old albums - circa party bus host,' the mother of one wrote.
