Fitness influencer Sarah's Day, whose real name is Sarah Stevenson, has been mocked for allegedly Photoshopping her legs.

The Sydney influencer, who has a following of 1.2 million on Instagram, was called out by snark account Dutch Minty on Thursday.

The anonymous admin reposted a photo of Sarah in skintight green activewear as she took a mirror selfie in a Pilates studio.
