HBO has released the first image of Kate Winslet in its upcoming limited series The Palace.
The 47-year-old actress is seen in a blue suit with gold embroidery on her lapels as her hair is worn back and she has a stern look on her face with her hands clasped.
The character is seated in a formal government room with flags behind her as well as marble columns and oil paintings.
Details about the character being portrayed by the actress - who recently encouraged a young journalist during her first interview - have not been revealed as of yet.
The Palace is from the producers of Succession's producers and The Queen's director, Stephen Frears.
