Grant Denyer had a horrendous accident on Tuesday after some reckless bike riding.
The TV presenter was so excited to be training for the Bathurst 12 Hour endurance race with his friend Mick that he forgot safety comes first and had a 'huge stack'.
The 45-year-old shared a selfie on Instagram that was taken just two minutes before the accident, and explained in the caption how he and Mick had crashed while attempting to pull off side-by-side wheelies.
