Mike Tindall has addressed claims Matt Hancock has left the I'm A Celebrity group chat - but suggested he was never actually in it in the first place.

The chat was set up after the 2022 show ended, so that Mike, 44, and the others could contact each other.

Rumours swirled that Matt had left the group after having a feud with his campmates.

However, speaking to the Sun, Mike seemed to rubbish the idea, saying: 'I think there's been a miscommunication with that, no one has left the WhatsApp group.

'I'm actually seeing Sue [Cleaver] tomorrow, and I've seen Sue a few times and spoken to Baba [Aleshe] and pretty much spoken to everyone.

He continued: 'Well, we try to but it's not easy. You always have these grand plans when you're in the jungle but you come back and remember what life was before.'

It comes after Scarlette Douglas revealed in January that she's been ghosted by all her I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here co-stars, two months after the past series ended.

The presenter, 35, explained how she wrote a message in their WhatsApp group asking how they all were - but not one person responded.

She exclusively told MailOnline: 'I just said, "Hey, team, how are you all? I miss you lots." And no one replied. I guess that means no one's missing me.'

However Scarlette did go on to assure a get-together was in the calendar as Chris Moyles was holding a birthday party.

The former A Place In The Sun host continued: 'We're all going to be there so we'll have a nice little mini reunion, which will be good.'

Scarlette was the second to be eliminated after Charlene White while Jill Scott was crowned Queen of the Jungle and Owen Warner was runner-up. Matt came in at third place.

The TV personality recently announced her green card to work in the U.S. had been approved and that she can't wait to take her presenting career across the pond.
