Just days after it was revealed Dan Aykroyd is reuniting with Ghostbusters stars for a new movie set in London, the actor has landed a new hosting gig.

The 70-year-old actor will host the new series A History Of the World in Six Glasses for Fox Nation, according to a press release.

He will host the new series with comedy legends Jim Belushi, Kevin Nealon, George Wendt and Jon Lovitz.

The 'six-part comedic docuseries' was announced on Thursday by Fox Nation president Jason Klarman.

The series will, 'chronicle the history of beer, wine, spirits, coffee, tea, soda and their respective impact on the world.'

The show was developed by Play House Studios and written and directed by Rob Long, a former executive producer of the long-running NBC hit series Cheers.

'I laughed out loud watching every episode and learned so much about the cultural impact of these iconic beverages,' Klarman said in a statement.

It was announced last month that Aykroyd will be joined by Bill Murray and Sigourney Weaver for a new Ghostbusters movie that will shift the story to London.

'Studio bosses are taking a classic franchise, setting it in a new location but keeping the magic of the original. It's going to be brilliant,' a source told The Sun.

'London is perfect. It gives so much license to look back at classic landmarks and British history, but still in an urban setting,' it was shared.
