She recently shared that she is expecting her second child with her husband Rio.

And Kate Ferdinand appeared to see the funny side of her changing frame as she took to Instagram Stories on Saturday to poke fun at her growing bump.

The former TOWIE star, 31, showed off her growing tummy from different angles in a pair of playful posts, while donning a figure-hugging grey top and matching trousers.

In one of the pictures taken from the side as she posed in a mirror, Kate's growing bump was on full display, in another front-facing one, Kate quipped that there was nothing there.

Kate is married to footballer Rio Ferdinand and is stepmother to his three children Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia - their mother Rebecca sadly died from cancer in 2015.

The star who already shares son Cree, two, with Rio, wrote: 'Now you see it' on the first photograph.

And on the second she penned: 'Now you don't (kinda) loool' as she smiled.

It comes after Kate announced last week that she is expecting her second child with Rio, six months after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.

The former TV personality confirmed the news in an Instagram post by revealing a prominent baby bump in a short black and white video clip.

Captioning the post, underscored with the Minnie Riperton track Loving You, she wrote: 'We’ve been praying for you.'

Her latest news prompted an inevitable wave of supportive comments from celebrity friends, with heavily pregnant Molly-Mae Hague writing: 'Congratulations Kate.'

Elsewhere former TOWIE co-star Billie Shepherd wrote: 'Huge congratulations darling,' while Georgia Kousoulou added: 'Awww so so happy for you.'

Kate welcomed son Cree with Rio in December 2020 but she later suffered a miscarriage in July 2022, shortly after discovering she had fallen pregnant with a second child.

Speaking on her Blended podcast in September, the former TV personality recalled the moment she discovered she had lost her unborn child.

'I found out I was pregnant the day before my birthday,' she told listeners. 'We were due to get on a boat and go drinking the next day and I was so sea sick, it was a crazy birthday.

'Everyone else was crazy and dancing, I hadn't told anyone and I was so sick on the boat.

'I was so excited. Rio was so excited, we couldn't wait to have a sibling around Cree's age because the big kids are much older.

'We just thought it would be lovely to for him to have a little friend running around. The kids clocked on this time so we told them and some family this time.'

Kate also recalled the moment she discovered her pregnancy wasn't progressing, and admitted seeing the sonographer's face when they were told there was no heartbeat left her in tears.

She said: 'I was thinking maybe it was a girl because I felt slightly different. Looking back, I was sick at the beginning and then I wasn't. I was a little bit anxious but I'm an anxious person anyway.

'[Me and Rio] went to lunch before the 12-week scan and there was blood there and I felt like god was giving me a sign. We were literally leaving to go to the scan.

'We both tried to pretend it wasn't happening
