'To laugh again and to feel back to my normal self. I just couldn’t see past this cloud. I’ve realised that it takes time. Time to heal & to let the storm pass, it’s not going to happen over night.
'Spending quality time with my closest ones in Paris and then returning home to my baby girl & fiancé this weekend has left me feeling a huge sense on contentment.
'It was only for one night but it was needed. Oh to laugh again…it really is the best remedy.
'So believe me if you’re going through the worst time where you can’t see a time where you will ever smile again let alone laugh. I promise you this time will pass .'
