The 34-year-old singer lost one of her platform heels as she took a tumble outside of Craig's in West Hollywood on Saturday evening.
She took the moment in stride and smiled as she was helped to her feet.
The hitmaker, who shared an affectionate birthday tribute to her boyfriend last month, is currently set to perform at the upcoming 65th Grammy Awards ceremony.
Musgraves opted for an all-black outfit that included a low-cut dress that also showed off her toned legs.
