Billie Faiers was overcome with emotion on Sunday's episode of The Family Diaries as she gave birth to her daughter Margot.
Viewers watched the reality star's final weeks of pregnancy as she and her husband Greg Shepherd prepared to weclome their third child after a three-day labour.
The couple invited the cameras into the delivery room as Billie, 33, admitted she was 'overwhelmed' by the experience of giving birth.
The star was overdue and so had to be brought into hospital to be induced, with doctors originally believing they'd have to give her a C-section.
However, Greg informed viewers that they had ultimately decided on a natural birth after Billie began to dilate.

Viewers saw Margot being born before she was handed to Billie who cradled her in her arms in an emotional moment.
Speaking to the camera, Billie said: 'I can't explain, it's the most overwhelming, amazing feeling in the world when they hand you your baby.'
Later, Billie revealed to her mother Suzie that she and Greg had decided to name Margot after her.
She said: 'Greg came up with the suggestion that we call Margot's middle name Suzanne after my mum.'
Suzie looked thrilled by the news, with Greg telling her: 'You're a massive part of their life, all their lives.'
Suzie replied: 'Thank you, both of you. It really suits her as well.'
