Claire Sweeney had the best of intentions when she headed out to go to the gym on Monday but ended up in the cinema instead.
The presenter, 51, shared a video of herself to Instagram just as she sat down to enjoy watching The Fabelmans with a box of popcorn.
In her video, Claire admitted she was struggling with her fitness motivation, saying she can't 'get my a**e into action'.
She said: 'So I was on the way to the gym and I got off the bus from doing the school run at the cinema.
'It's like 11 o'clock in the morning and look,' she added, holding up her popcorn and laughing. 'I just can't get my a**e into action. Going to watch The Fabelmans.'
